Teresa had a successful career of public service dedicating thirty years between Washoe County and the City of Sparks, retiring in 2018. Since Teresa and Steve Wiley formed the company 2004, Teresa has been a key pillar in its success. For the first decade she worked late nights and weekends around her already busy schedule to make sure that all the administrative aspects of the company were being handled. Jason Wiley

Owner / Vice President

Jason, wanting to follow in his dad’s footsteps, joined the plumbing and heating trades as soon as graduating high school at eighteen. In those twenty years since Jason has gone from a helper/apprentice to running his own company. Jason is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our business, as well as being a primary estimator, occasional field plumber, and resident boiler expert, Jason does it all.
